Mindful Friends Sunday Meetup: 🌱 Grown from an MBSR cohort, we're a community of like-minded individuals exploring mindfulness together. Whether you're an MBSR alum, a friend of a friend, or simply curious about mindfulness, you're welcome to join us! We offer a safe and supportive space to share insights, explore practices, and connect with others on the path of mindfulness. As Piero Falci reminds us, "Our practice is not selfish.
